Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the products received, we offer an exchange within 15 days of receiving the items. However, the products must meet the following conditions:

Be in their original condition: new, unworn and with their original packaging.

Failure to comply with these conditions will render the exchange ineligible.


In the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, the exchange will be made at no additional cost. However, if the exchange is due to an error in size, color, style, or a change of mind, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Tip: If we accept the return of the products, include a piece of paper in the package stating:

Your name, address, telephone number.

The order number.

The size or model desired in exchange.
Please also inform us by email as soon as the package is shipped.


Returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have 7 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. On Yourstyles.fr, this period is extended to 15 days.

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team. Returned products (shoes, packaging, accessories, etc.) must be intact.

Upon receipt, we will check that the products are in perfect condition. If the products have been used, damaged, or made unfit for sale by the customer, the return will be refused.

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return an item, please follow these conditions:

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with tags intact.


If a product is out of stock or you have not received your package, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.

Please note:

Return and exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error or defect on our part.

We recommend adding tracking and insurance to your shipments to avoid loss, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
